It is brought to your attention that the responsibility of the airlines is often limited by national or by international law as underlined in their Specific Conditions.

It should be noted that the air carrier’s liability is most often limited by national or international law that they are subject to, or by their own Special Conditions.

To this respect, it is noted that the responsibility of the air carriers is frequently limited by the national or international rights which apply or by its own Special conditions.

Air carriers highlight the progress made in terms of consumption per passenger kilometers (aircraft lightening, improvement of engines and air traffic management).
