If such notice is not given, then this agreement shall govern all Stored Goods.

5.1 On expiry of the agreed storage period, all remaining goods in storage shall be invoiced.

Once the goods are stored, we carry out a quality control of the products throughout their storage phase.

For the option 'anonymization', you pay 30 EUR plus VAT per year, irrespectively of the value of the stored goods and the time of entry into storage.

With the payment of the storage fee for the first year, the stored goods are fully insured up to this amount until the end of the storage year.

The quality, condition, contents and value of the Stored Goods are not known to the Warehouseman except as declared on the packing list by the Owner.

In the absence of a special agreement between the two parties, the custodian of the products is responsible for ensuring the stored merchandise throughout the working relationship.

ALESSANDRO may charge 0.1% of the invoice amount for the stored goods for each calendar day of their storage as flat-rate compensation for warehousing costs, though capped at a maximum of 1% per calendar month.
