The Country by Country report must contain the following information on the multinational enterprises group:

the ultimate parent company of the multinational enterprises group is not obliged to present a Country-by-Country report for every country in the jurisdictions in which it has its tax residence;

any such business unit that is excluded from the MNE Group's Consolidated Financial Statements solely on size or materiality grounds;

This information is relevant for determining whether an MNE group would be subject to CbCR local filing in Taiwan for reporting fiscal year 2018.

the final controller of the multinational group of which he is a member is not required to deliver the Country-to-Country report in his jurisdiction of residence for tax purposes;

(ii) Any such business unit that is excluded from the MNE group’s consolidated financial statements solely on size or materiality grounds; and

(2)　there is no other constituent entity of such MNE Group that owns directly or indirectly an interest described in (1) above in the first mentioned constituent entity.

(b) there is no other Constituent Entity of such MNE Group that owns directly or indirectly an interest described in point (a) in the first mentioned Constituent Entity.

(ii) any such business unit that is excluded from the MNE Group’s Consolidated Financial Statements solely on size or materiality grounds; and

there is no other Constituent Entity of such MNE Group that owns directly or indirectly an interest described in point (a) in the first mentioned Constituent Entity.
