It grows long branches with well-proportioned internodes, which become filled with flowers.

An internode, after making several revolutions, sometimes stood still for 12 hrs. or 18 hrs., and then recommenced revolving.

But the movement of each separate internode is so independent of the others, that cutting off an upper one does not affect the revolutions of a lower one.

The sativa component of Early Pearl combines with the indica of Black Domina to produce a plant that grows vigorously with a very small internode and large rich-green leaves.

To ascertain more precisely what amount of movement each internode underwent, I kept a potted plant, during the night and day, in a well-warmed room to which I was confined by illness.
