The following expenditure shall not be eligible for a contribution from EFF

The EIB contribution is presented at priority axis level.

Percentage of the amount of the EFF's contribution allocated to the operational programme spent under technical assistance.

This shall represent 7 % of the EAFRD contribution to the programme concerned.

The contribution from the EFF to the operational programme shall be reduced, for the year concerned, by the amount automatically decommitted.

it shall consider and approve any proposal to amend the content of the Commission decision on the contribution from the EFF.

As regards operations not implying expenditure for the beneficiary, the expenditure eligible for a contribution from the EFF shall be the public aid paid to the beneficiary.
