The kinds of situations in which a security would not need to be provided must be developed by the Community Patent Court.

A security of EUR 20 per 100 kilograms shall be lodged for import licence applications for all products referred to in Annex I.

However, the Community Patent Court may declare its decisions enforceable while, if necessary, subjecting enforcement to the provision of security.
