Nomination committee meeting*: Week of April 13, 2020

The roles and responsibilities of a nomination committee are currently undertaken by the Board.

Approval of new Board members (on recommendation of the Nomination Committee)

Change term of elections committee to nomination committee which will be composed of one representative from each of the five respective regions.

(CCGG) Securities laws recommend that a majority of compensation committee and nomination committee members be independent.

The Nominating Committee reviewed the nominations during its February 2018 teleconference.

Donna Bovolaneas reported on the Nominating and Governance Committee’s activities.

Members of Council and external members both serve on the following committees: Audit Committee; Investment Committee; Nominating Committee; and Pension Committee.

This announcement concludes the work of the ISOC Nominations Committee.

She is also the chair of APEGA Governance Committee and the APEGA Nominating Committee.

CLOSED Via the Nominating Committee: Members can submit their names for consideration by the Nominating Committee.

No member of the Executive Committee shall be a member of the Nominating Committee, and vice versa, and no member of the Nominating Committee may be nominated for membership of the Executive Committee.
