The official body shall issue a Master Certificate based on the official OECD Certificate of Provenance before the material is placed on the market.

This Master Certificate should be based on the official OECD Certificate of Provenance and should indicate that the material is imported under an equivalence regime

A conflict-free certificate is also required for all diamonds.

Each provenance certificate in the chain verifies the integrity of a layer of execution, and the plurality of static identification certificates identifies a respective author of the computing module associated with each layer of software.

The certificate of provenance shall be filled out and signed by the re-exporter located in the duty-free zone and shall be approved by the customs authorities.
