Plan the bench layout: normal sauna bench depth is usually 19″; height is either 38″ ( for the upper bench) or 19″ high (for the lower bench).

The sidewall of the bottom of the sleeve (7) is connected with the lower bench of the discharge outlet (9).

Mount the framework for the lower bench at the standard height of 600 mm from the floor, and the upper bench at 1,000 mm from the floor.

Level 1: Incline Push-Ups: Do push-ups against a bench; work up to 3-4 sets of 10 repetitions, then decrease the angle of the incline with a lower bench.

The width of the upper bench which is convenient to sit or lay on can be around 600 mm; and the width of the lower bench can be around 300 – 400 mm.
