ARTICLE 15 – Applicable law - Language of contract Disputes – Attribution of jurisdiction

20 Article 58 of that regulation, entitled ‘Powers’, provides, in paragraph 2 thereof:

Article VI.B.1 of the same text assigns Capital status to the City of Sarajevo without attributing any specific competences.

For the execution and the interpretation of the present and of any special conditions agreed otherwise, French law must be applied.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Each party agrees to the applicable governing law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts, set out in the table below.
