for vitamin A alcohol = 1821 at 325 nm in 2-propanol

Dissolve in 2-propanol (3.8) and make up to the mark with the same solvent.

Measure the UV spectrum of this solution against 2-propanol (3.8) in the spectrophotometer (4.6) between 300 nm and 400 nm.

The same reasoning applies for the acetate of methoxy-1-propanol-2 and its ß isomer.

Pipette 2,0 ml of the vitamin A palmitate stock solution (3.12.1) into a 50 ml graduated flask (4.2.2) and make up to the mark with 2-propanol (3.8).

Pipette 2,0 ml of the vitamin A acetate stock solution (3.11.1) into a 50 ml graduated flask (4.2.2) and make up to the mark with 2-propanol (3.8).
