The Institute of Parasitology and Tropical Diseases of Strasbourg (IPPTS) aims at studying and teaching the fungal and tropical parasitic diseases.

Our Students also obtain hands-on experience in the medical profession through our Tropical Pathology and Infectious Disease Association (TPaiDA) program.

In the course of these voyages and these stopovers, everybody contributes to the description and comprehension of the different aspects of tropical pathology.
