The obligations of Processor arising from this Data Processing Agreement also apply to those processing the personal data on the authority of the Processor, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.

The obligations of the Processor arising from this DPA also apply to those who process personal data under the authority of Processor, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.

The obligations of Processor arising from this Agreement also apply to those who process personal data under the authority of Processor, including but not limited to employees.

The Processor’s obligations arising from this Data Processing Agreement also apply to any party processing personal data under the authority of the Processor, including, but not confined to, employees, in the broadest sense.

The obligations of the Processor that arise from this Data Processing Agreement also apply to those who process personal data under the authority of the Processor, which includes but is not limited to employees (in the broadest sense).

2.3 The obligations ensuing for the Processor from this Processor’s Agreement also apply to those who process personal data under the responsibility of the Processor, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.

The obligations of the Processor arising from this Processing Agreement also apply to those who process personal data under the authority of the Processor, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.

The Processor’s obligations arising under the terms of this Data Processing Agreement apply also to whomsoever processes personal data under the Processor’s authority, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.

The obligations of the Processor under this Data Processing Agreement will also apply to those who process personal data under the authority of the Processor, including but not limited to employees, in the broadest sense of the word.
