The application for the port letter is still ongoing, may I already ask for the radio licence?
No, a copy of the port letter or any other evidence of registration in Belgium has to be attached to the application.
An immatriculation is an identity document for pleasure craft that proves that your boat has been added to the pleasure craft registry.
Attention, from 12 March 2012, it is not possible to get a Belgian flag certificate anymore, if your nationality is not from the European Union and that you have no address of residence in Belgium.
