The assembled carton (1) is then inverted and transported to the point of sale.

At each end of the carton, a diagonal web member (119, 121) assists in locating the product in the center of the carton and provides additional protection against blows or pressure upon either end of the assembled carton.

A video cassette can be retained within the assembled carton and the tear-off strips (6) provide a pilfer-proof arrangement so that the cassette cannot be removed from the carton until the strips are torn off.

To produce a blank for a foldable box, a pulp is prepared and subsequently moulded into a blank which has the same structural features as a prior art box blank made from cardboard.

Side flaps (5) also extend from the edges of the main parts (1 and 2) and will be overlapped to form side walls in the assembled carton.
